We get commissions from the merchants for your successful online purchases via www.cashbackland.com. You are rewarded with cashback. For cashback to be payable, you need to have a minimum threshold of $15 earned in your account, under section “Redeemable”. After which, you may make a complete “Payout”, together with all the bonuses earned, from your sign-up bonus and the Share & Earn bonus.
Atashouse members earn cashback by using our Site to make online purchases from merchants. To qualify for cashback, the purchase needs to go through www.cashbackland.com with an accompanying identification tag. Once the merchant confirms your purchase and Atashouse has received the commission, we will pay you in cashback which will be credited into your account within 48 hours under “Pending” status. After which, it normally takes about 45 to 60 days for cashback to take effect. For returned or exchanged items, the respective merchants may not award cashback as all these would be done manually by the merchant. To ensure cashback, we would advise that the orders for the items be totally cancelled and re-purchased online through Atashouse Site. In any case your purchase is facing problems or was declined, you may contact us for help. We will investigate the issue and check with the merchant on why the cashback was declined, such as returned items or cancelled orders. We will always work hard to do cashback for you as soon as your purchase is confirmed at the merchant’s end.
Request a payment under the “Account†tab, click on “Payout†tab and choose your method of payout Ensure that all payment details are correct before actual payment. You need to have a minimum threshold of cashback $15 for the complete payout. Any cash bonus will be included in the Payout.
Discount codes are offered by the merchant. It could be discounted prices, free delivery or a free gift (which will depend on the discount/offer by the merchant). Please use the discount codes and key in at check-out. Offers could be price reduction that the merchant gives. You can still earn cashback when you take advantage of these.
Share the good news and invite your friends to www.cashbackland.com! For the first friend you introduced, you will get $5 cash bonus, for the second friend, you will get $5 cash bonus too. Your third friend onwards, you will get $10 cash bonus for each friend introduced! The respective cash bonus would be automatically credited into your account, section “Bonus”. When each of your invited friends has accumulated an initial cashback of $15 from their online purchases through www.cashbackland.com, the entitled “Bonus” would then be converted into section “Cashback”, ready for your “Payout”. The “Share & Earn” bonus is a one-time cash bonus to be credited into your account for each of your successfully invited friend. Requirements for the “Share & Earn” bonus to take effect a) Email addresses of both parties (you and your friend) needs to be verified. b) Referred friend joined www.cashbackland.com through your link (provided by us). c) Referred friend earned the minimum threshold $15 at their Account, section “Cashback” status. d) Referred friend is not yet a member of www.cashbackland.com at point of time when introduced
Under your Account tab, you can see “Pending”, “Cashback”, “Bonus”, “Payout” and “Total”. Pending – Upon your online purchase and within 48 hours, the cashback is “Pending” with the amount shown. Cashback – It takes about 45 to 60 days for cashback to be credited into your account. Bonus – It’s from either the cash bonus earned from your sign-up with us or the “Share & Earned” cash bonus. Payout – The available cumulative amount of Cashback and Bonus which is ready to payout to you. Total - The sum of the Cashback and Bonus amount.

At times, transactions may take few days to show on your Account page. The merchant might have declined your purchase, the items returned or the order cancelled. After 5 working days, if still no sign of your transaction, you can submit a “missing cashback” claim to us, for our investigation.
